Frequently Asked Questions
Can you create a bespoke fragrance for me?
Yes we definitely can, please send an enquiry via the contact page with your details and we can discuss it further
Do you accept corporate gifting or wedding/party orders?
Yes we do, please send an enquiry with your requirements, approximate number of pieces, and delivery timeline and we can discuss it further.
Why does the top look frosty, bumpy or uneven?
Natural waxes can develop frosting, small bumps or a slightly uneven top as they cool. This is normal and doesn't affect performance or safety, and it's a sign the candle isn't made with additives or paraffin.

What is your returns policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If you have any concerns with your order, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving it and we'll do our best to make it right.
